What is a discovery sprint?
A discovery sprint is a short, fixed-scope engagement that turns an ambiguous AI problem into something you can act on: a target architecture, an evaluation plan, and a costed build path. It runs one to two weeks and ends in a written deliverable you own outright, whether or not you continue with us.
The work is deliberately narrow. We characterise the problem against your actual data, prototype the risky part rather than the easy part, and establish what 'working' would have to mean in measurable terms.
It exists because the expensive failure in AI projects is building the wrong thing competently. A sprint is cheap relative to a quarter spent discovering that in production.
You get the artefacts regardless of what happens next. That is the point — a sprint that only has value if you hire us afterwards is a sales process, not an engagement.
