What does Binary AI Labs do?
Binary AI Labs is an AI, quantum, and robotics consulting practice that takes agentic systems from prototype into production. It works with engineering and product teams on architecture, evaluation, and deployment for multi-agent systems, quantum machine learning, and on-device inference. It was founded in 2025 and operates from Dubai, London, and New Delhi.
The practice exists because agentic AI has stopped being a research problem and become a deployment discipline. Most teams already have the models. Far fewer have the evals, observability, governance, and hand-off paths that keep those models working after launch — that gap is the work.
Engagements run across six services (agentic systems, quantum ML, edge inference, voice AI, evals and governance, and architecture spikes) and have shipped systems in event technology, AI security, edge hardware, and financial research.
