These terms cover your use of https://www.binarylabz.com. They do not govern consulting engagements — those are covered by the statement of work signed for each engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.
1 · The site
https://www.binarylabz.com is operated by Binary AI Labs and Technologies L.L.C-FZ. You may read, quote, and link to anything published here, including via automated agents and AI assistants, provided you attribute it to Binary AI Labs and link back to the source page.
2 · Content is not advice
The answers, case studies, and research on this site describe engineering practice. They are published in good faith and reviewed, but they are general information rather than advice on your specific system, and no engagement relationship is created by reading them.
Benchmark figures describe results measured in specific engagements under specific conditions. They are not a prediction of what the same approach would achieve elsewhere.
3 · Enquiries
Submitting the discovery-sprint brief is not an offer or acceptance of work. An engagement begins only when a statement of work is signed by both parties.
Do not send confidential information through the brief form. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, say so and we will put an NDA in place first.
4 · Intellectual property
The Binary AI Labs name, mark, and site design are ours. Case-study content describing client systems is published with the client's agreement, and the client's own marks remain theirs.
Open-source work released by the practice is governed by the licence in its repository, not by these terms.
5 · Third-party links
This site links to client sites, papers, and repositories we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6 · Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Engagement agreements specify their own governing law and may differ.
